Facts and mysteries

Fact: Long cardigans look like bathrobes. A trend ready for its curtain.

Mystery: Has anyone ever bought clothes from Korea or China on Ebay? Are they real? Every time I search for anything on Ebay, many hideous (or hilarious) but also some extremely appealing (or moderately so) Asian versions appear. And they are cheap. The question is: can I has them?

Not sure about ebay but I've bought Asian clothes off yesstyle.com and have not felt ripped off.

Well, this is awesome (but sadly, neither the "Don't Kill Whale" sweater nor the cat face sweater has made the cut). Next question: will it fit me? I think these models wear a size 00P in American sizes.

OMG, I take it back! I've found an epic cat sweater: http://www.yesstyle.com/en/tokyo-fashion-cat-print-sweater-red-one-size/info.html/pid.1032029390. Only a great effort will now prevent me from buying this. Or non-fit.

They post chest/waist measurements for each size under the item description, I think. I have found them to be accurate for their menswear, which also run small compared to American menswear. So, I would be inclined to trust their measurements for women's clothing too.

Good, then I'll try it soon. Some of these things are truly remarkable specimens of the absurdity to which human ingenuity can be put. And I would like to own them.

Whoa. I'm totally getting those for my crazy cat lady friend.
